Security Grilles

A fully framed expanding security grille, manafactured with an extruded aluminium
frame and locking jamb. This gives an exceptionally neat finished appearance and
a thickness of material, a rolled steel section has difficulty obtaining.

All the uprights are rolled from a galvanised steel with all edges formed for strength.
All cross over flights are of the width and thickness of the uprights to attempt to
eliminate weak links and all held together with an exceptionally neat mushroom
head semi-tubular plated rivet.

All moving parts seperated with nylon bushes and running on wheels on the lipped
top track. No bottom track wheels are required as a low profile extruded
aluminium bottom track is standard on all units. This can be fitted as a walkover or
window sill track. It can also be made removeable or be hinged with a hold back
catch.

Powder coated prior to being assembled and fitted with a minimum of one top
quality 5 pin tumbler hook lock.

When supplied cash and carry the grilles require assembly, this is a simple
process using a drill and pop rivet gun.

All shutters can be either in a galvanised steel, a mill-finish aluminium or can be
powder coated to any British standard colour - steel can be supplied in a perforated
lath and aluminium in a punched lath with large or small amounts of viewing to
customer's requirements.

Electrically operated with internal or external switch, by remote control or manually
with a spring balanced roller mechanism - all shutters can be externally mounted
into a steel box or built into the building, space permitting.
